Delivery & Turnaround

Turnaround Time

All orders are carefully prepared and made in a timely manner. Orders are ready to be shipped within 1-2 weeks. 

Our turnaround times apply to business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public bank holidays. This time frame applies from when you place the order to when the order is dispatched (it does not include shipping times).

Please note: we are a small family run business and do our upmost to get your orders sent out as quickly as possible ready for your little learners to enjoy. 

Delivery

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. When your order has been shipped, you will then receive a shipping confirmation email. 

Please check your shipping address is correct - we can't be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses. If you have noticed any issues with this please email us straight away at: littlelegslearning@outlook.com

We accept no liability for any delays, which include, but are not limited to; courier delays or postal service delays.
