Returns Policy

We want all our customers and their little learners to be happy with their products and ensure they are made with a high standard and delivered in a timely manner. 

Refunds

If for any reason you have changed your mind, you may request a refund by emailing littlelegslearning@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please state your order number and reason for return in the email.

Items must be unused, in their originally packaging and in the same condition you received them.  

The customer is responsible for all postage costs for a return and is advised to use a recorded or tracked service and obtain proof of postage. Only when we have received the items will the refund be issued via the original payment method,  this can take 3-4 working days to process. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product has arrived damaged or faulty then please email littlelegslearning@outlook.com with a photo of the issue and your order number within 14 days of receiving your product. We will happily replace the product or offer a refund. 

Please note: We will only replace or refund incorrect products if we are at fault for the error and will not take responsibility or replace any products where the spelling errors have occurred as a result of the customer mis-typing or selecting the wrong personalisation details.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable. Please ensure you check the full description of the product on our website before placing your order.
