Bedtime Reward Chart

The Bedtime Reward Chart is designed to make evenings calmer and more positive for both parents and children. Children earn stars for completing their bedtime tasks and work towards a reward - helping reduce stress and build healthy habits.

Helpful tips when using this Reward Chart:

• Explain the goal to your little one
• Choose a motivating but realistic reward
• Track every night - for every night they complete their tasks they can add a star to their chart and get 1 step closer to their reward
• Earn the reward! - once the chart is full they will then receive their reward
