Our Now, Next and Later Chart is a simple visual tool that helps children understand what is happening now and what's coming next. By breaking the day into small, manageable steps, children will feel more in control and confident. This chart is especially helpful for children who struggle with transitions, big emotions or changes in routine. 

There is an option to add 4 personalised activity cards but if you do not need all 4 or any of these then please put N/A in the boxes when ordering.
